CAMPAK: The INSIDE Scoop!

CAMPAK: The INSIDE Scoop!

Introducing .... DA DA DA DA!... My new blog!

A smidge about us...

Hello there. It's me-Aimee. I'm so excited to share our journey of life's adventures with you! My husband Chris and I have four kids, a dog, two cats, 20 chickens, 3 turkeys and a 2300 sq/ft garden. Amid the chaos of a semi-farm life we love to go everywhere, all the time! We love camping, hiking, RV'ing, road trips, boating, traveling the world, and especially, weekends at grandma's. Just in the last three years, we've seen 60,000 miles of this beautiful country. We've traveled near and far and it's never the same without the kids. Our goal in life is to experience as much as possible with our kids in tow. Nothing compares to the joy and wonder on their faces as they squint to see the top of a redwood tree or breathe in the air of the salty ocean breeze. Life is grand!

The creation...

Traveling is never easy with kids. >Insert CAMPAK< A few years ago we made a family goal to go on 12 camping trips in one summer. Campak Gear came from our third trip. A week-long camping trip to Lake Powell with two families and eight kids. There was a lot of gear and a lot of food. With as much stuff as a family of six needs, traveling was always so much work. We quickly realized we wanted to create a way to make it easy so we could travel more often, simply, and with comfort. Bringing the comforts of home is no longer difficult or impossible. My husband and I created our product and just released it this year.

"Adventure Made Simple"....

Our goal was to design a bag to make all of our "Adventures Made Simple." The Campak Compression Bag saves us so much space and time. And because it's so easy to use, our kids pack their own bags! We didn't want our stuff to be the bane of our existence, so we made it easy. We never questioned whether or not this bag would work for you. Only if you'd like the color. :)

On the calendar...

My life is filled with one adventure after another. Whether it's a simple trip or weeks at a time, it's all in the books! I've traveled well and I've planned poorly. Keep traveling with me and I'll share with you the tips and tricks I've learned along the way. From camping hacks and favorite recipes to places to see and things to do!

What's Next?

I'll be updating my travel blog every week. Next week I'll be sharing some of my favorite 4th of July traditions, recipes, and must-see events!
